Built by people who lived the hiring problem on both sides.

Recruo was founded in 2025 because every senior hire at our previous companies took 8+ weeks, ate 40 hours of engineer time, and still missed half the time. The fixes the market offered — buy another agency, hire an in-house recruiter, plug in an AI tool — all doubled down on the same broken pipeline. We thought the answer was a different shape: AI for the volume work, humans for every decision, and one team owning both halves.

So we built one.

Two-thirds of us ship the screening engine — training, voice agents, anti-cheat, and the product surface operators actually click on. The rest run every account end-to-end, from discovery call through 90-day retention. Four engineers. Two operators. No layer in between.

We pre-validate every shortlist with AI — and never let one ship without human sign-off.
