For many buyers Andela is the right answer. Recruo is built for a different buyer: a European product scale-up hiring full-time into a core engineering team, where EU compliance posture, CEE cultural and time-zone fit, and one-time placement economics matter more than a global contractor marketplace.

If your hiring pipeline touches EU candidates and includes any AI-assisted evaluation, the EU AI Act's Article 6 + Annex III classify that pipeline as high-risk.
