Recruitment tools, onboarding and team training are included; additional active-role capacity is agreed with sales.

Interested candidates reach the review stage in your Recruo ATS with their profile and sourcing context. Your feedback helps refine the search. Your team reviews candidates and conducts the interviews using the included tools.

They have been sourced and engaged against your role and are ready for recruiter review. You can see their profile and sourcing context before deciding who to interview. Your team runs recruiter and technical assessment, with the included AI tools, and owns selection and offers. Finalists who have passed all agreed technical and soft-skill assessment stages belong to Standard recruitment.

Pipeline is a monthly active-sourcing service with Recruo ATS and interview tools included. We find and engage candidates; your team reviews them, runs interviews and makes hiring decisions. Standard is a full-service search: Recruo runs sourcing and all agreed technical and soft-skill assessment stages, so your engineers meet candidates who have passed those assessments. You run your own interviews; Recruo supports the process through to hire. Standard costs 18% of first-year salary in total, with $2,000 credited at launch and the balance when your hire starts. Search, refund and 90-day replacement terms are agreed before launch.

For more roles, we agree the additional capacity and monthly price with you before expanding the scope. Role changes, pauses, and the collaboration term are agreed in writing before we start.

We agree sourcing priorities and delivery cadence during onboarding. The subscription includes active sourcing and the platform your team uses to review and interview candidates. Candidate volume depends on your requirements and market response; a fixed number of candidates or hires is not guaranteed.
